I had the pleasure of working with Steeze at OFYT Cape Town and later OFYT JHB a few years ago. 
I found him thoughtful, passionate, witty, ambitious, and talented. 
Memorable is a pitch we did for COCT, which we unfortunately did not win, but his insight and rollout was impressive. At the same time, his Cycling Project, which he did in his own time and pro bono, was a lovely project to follow. Steeze likes to give back to the community and grow people.
 He worked well under pressure and was always quick with a hand to help anyone who needed advice on a job. 
I’d definitely recommend him as a team player, talented AD, and lovely human.

 I am writing to recommend Lungile, a colleague I have mentored over the past decade. From the moment Lungile stepped into the industry,
he has demonstrated a genuine passion for his craft and a constant drive to find environments where he can produce his best work.
 While working together at Ogilvy Johannesburg, we collaborated on a KFC print campaign that earned several awards. The process was
both challenging and rewarding, and Lungile's positive attitude and willingness to put in the effort were key factors in our success. 
Lungile brings a can-do attitude to the table and is always looking for ways to grow and improve. He thrives in creative environments that encourage experimentation and innovation. He may not have had every opportunity yet to showcase the full extent of his talent, but I have no doubt
that with the right environment, he will shine. 
In conclusion, Lungile is a dedicated and hard-working professional with a great attitude. He would be a valuable addition to any team.
